The experience behind JGB
Service. Technical leadership. Business ownership.
Beau’s career spans U.S. Army service, overseas defense contracting, and the management of industrial services for Houston and Gulf Coast customers.
2004–2008
United States Army
A foundation in mission responsibility
Beau served as a tactical unmanned aircraft operator, including a 15-month deployment to Iraq in 2006–2007. His work combined flight operations, mission coordination, and the discipline required to keep aircraft, personnel, and daily operations ready in a combat environment.
That experience established the habits he carries into business: thorough preparation, equipment accountability, precise communication, and ownership of the task through completion.
2009–2017
Overseas UAV Contracting
ISR Group · VT Group
From the flight line to site leadership
As a UAV pilot, payload operator, mission commander, maintenance lead, and site lead, Beau supported U.S. military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. His contractor experience included Department of the Navy requirements through Naval Air Systems Command, with mission support for Special Forces and Naval Special Warfare teams.
His responsibilities extended beyond flying: leading pilots and technicians, maintaining a fleet of 12 aircraft, managing aircraft and support-equipment inventories, improving maintenance logistics, and coordinating with military and civilian customers. Working across operational and technical roles gave him a practical understanding of how staffing, maintenance, supply, and communication determine mission readiness.
2012–2017
B&W Industrial Services
Specialty Hose Testing
Industrial service delivery and contract management
Through Specialty Hose Testing and B&W Industrial Services, Beau managed industrial hose pressure testing, inspection, service, and purchasing operations for Houston and Gulf Coast customers. His work included refinery and chemical-plant service relationships and recurring business with pump-rental companies.
He secured and managed industrial service agreements, including a five-year refinery hose-testing contract, and oversaw customer relations, staffing, scheduling, billing, and field operations. He also helped develop mobile testing trailers and manifold systems that brought testing directly to customer sites, supported by hose identification, tagging, and documented test results.
2017–Present
Gym Ownership & Physique Coaching
Business ownership and individualized coaching
Alongside his contracting background, Beau owns and operates a private gym and coaching business, providing professional bodybuilding contest preparation and individualized physique coaching. His work combines day-to-day business management, client communication, program development, and ongoing progress assessment.
JGB National / Established 2026
Building a coordinated approach to critical infrastructure.
JGB’s early program-development work includes a five-year preventive-maintenance and support framework for the VA’s Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville. Working with Powergen Controls, Beau helped organize a service approach covering electrical distribution, energy power management systems, standby generators, and paralleling switchgear and controls.
Clear contractual accountability
The framework places overall contract administration, customer communication, scheduling oversight, quality, safety, and reporting with JGB National as the prime-contracting lead.
Coordinated technical expertise
Powergen Controls provides the central engineering and technical-coordination role, integrating specialized electrical, controls, and generator service providers into a unified maintenance approach.
How Beau leads
Understand the work.
Organize the right team.
Stay accountable.
JGB’s operating approach reflects the same priorities that run through Beau’s career: define responsibilities, coordinate qualified people, maintain accurate records, and keep the customer informed. The goal is a service relationship that is straightforward to manage and clear about who owns each obligation.
